% 17.02.2017 CM No.6152/2017 in C.R.P. 10/2017 CM No.6170/2017 in C.R.P. 11/2017 Sh.K.S.Gahunia, the attorney of the petitioner, who appears in person, submits that this court on 16.01.2017 issued notice to the respondent through ordinary process and speed post returnable for 11.05.2017. He submits that LR Nos.(a) to (c) of the respondent are residing at abroad and requests that their service may be confined through speed post only. He also submits that none of the persons is appearing before the trial court. Accordingly, these applications are allowed.

16.01.2017 is modified. Notice be served on LR Nos.(a) to (c) of the respondent only through speed post.
