FAO(OS) 164/2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that in directing for keeping the original sale deed dated 28.12.2005 in a sealed cover, the learned suit court has not committed any error. However, in case the original document is required for some specific FAO(OS) 164/2018

purpose, liberty is available to the appellant to move an appropriate application at that stage. We are hopeful that the learned suit court would consider the same. It would be for the learned suit court to consider the application and pass an appropriate order after closing of evidence of PW5 or any other witness of the plaintiff.

Time for keeping the original sale deed dated 28.12.2005 in a sealed cover is extended upto two weeks from today.
