% 11.10.2017 Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant has deposited the entire awarded amount in terms of the order dated 18th January, 2017 with the Tribunal and by order dated 17th March, 2017, 50% of the amount was allowed to be released. The Tribunal shall now release the balance to the claimant in terms of the impugned award, as modified by the subsequent order.

The statutory amount shall be returned.
