% 09.10.2018 Keeping in view the provision of Section 6 of the Cinematography Act, 1952 and the grievance of the petitioner, we direct that the present writ petition itself be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and the competent authority of the Central Government shall consider the same in light of the averments made in this writ petition and if requested, an opportunity of personal hearing be granted to the petitioner and pass a speaking order after following the due process of law within a period of three weeks from the date of petitioner's appearance. The petitioner shall appear before the committee within one week from today.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. Dasti under the Signatures of the Court Master. CM. No. 40505/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
