In view of circumstances mentioned in last order, learned counsel for respondents seeks permission to withdraw this application. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

CM APPL. 41710/2018 (stay) & RC.REV. 481/2018 2.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that possession of the subject premises already stands restored to the respondents on 09.09.2020. It is further submitted by learned counsel that for past many dates none has been appearing on behalf of petitioners. On last date, Sh. Rahees Khan, one of the petitioner's of RC.REV.482/2018 was present and stated that earlier, both these cases were being conducted by same counsel and they needed time to change counsel. Today, it is submitted by Sh. Rahees Khan that he does not want to appear on behalf of petitioners in the present case. Under these circumstances, matter is passed over awaiting either the petitioners or their counsel.
