% 17.03.2016 CRL. M. A. 3366/2016 This writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 20.08.2015. The Court had made it clear that it is for Bhawana to make her choice either to stay with her parents or to live with Arman @ Bobby. Pursuant to this order, Bhawana had been residing with Arman @ Bobby. Crl.M.A.3366/2016 was filed by the parents of Bhawana for protection of their daughter.
On the same day, Bhawana was present in Court and she expressed her desire to reside with her parents, to which the respondent had no objection. The matter was adjourned for today. Both parties are present in Court.
Ms. Bhawana reiterates her statement made in Court on 24.02.2016 that she wishes to reside with her parents. Both parties, who are present in Court, undertake to this Court that they will not
interfere in each other's life. Clothes and all documents of Ms. Bhawana have been handed over to her in Court. Ms. Bhawana and her parents have examined the documents and are satisfied with the same. Parties agree to reside with their respective families without any interference from each other. Parties submit that there are no further differences and disputes, claims and counter claims against each other and there is no complaint of any nature whatsoever against each other. The statements of the parties are taken on record which shall be treated as an undertaking to the Court. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
