It is submitted by both sides that they have compromised disputes pertaining to this case, so the respondents do not claim any use and occupation charges since the petitioners have undertaken to vacate the subject premises on or before 31.08.2024. In this regard, I have spoken with both sides in Hindi in order to ensure that they are aware about the proceedings.

Accordingly, as requested by both sides, the petition as well as all pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with directions that the petitioners shall vacate the subject premises on or before 31.08.2024 and in case they do not vacate the subject premises by that day, the respondents shall be at liberty to seek execution of the impugned eviction order in accordance with law.
