% 08.08.2017 The only grievance in the present petition is that inspite of the petitioner having preferred a review petition on 15.02.2016 seeking a review of the recommendations of the Fee Hike Committee dated 24.01.2014 his review has till date not been answered. Notice of this petition has been accepted by the counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterates that he is restricting his petition only to prayer (b). The respondents shall answer the review representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondents has given this statement under instructions from the Department. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
