% 27.11.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is a school teacher, she is not in a position to leave her place of work i.e. the school for Court proceedings regularly on week days especially at this time of the year when school examinations are either in the offering or underway. Therefore, she would be requesting the learned Trial Court to take up the case on a Saturday or otherwise in the post lunch session. The learned counsel submits that he would not like to press the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
