% 05.01.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 7th January, 2015 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 121/2015 whereby respondents were directed to carry out cadre review of Group 'A' officers of CRPF within four months.

On 21st July, 2015, this Court had issued the notice to respondents. However, the Division Bench on 26th November, 2015 extended the time for carrying out the cadre review upto 31st January, 2016. In view of the subsequent extension of time, present contempt petition and application are infructuous and they, accordingly, stand disposed of. Notices issued are discharged.
