% 06.01.2017 Petitioner seeks parole for re-connecting social ties with his family members and society. In the year 2016, petitioner was released on furlough thrice. Lastly, he has surrendered only on 4th November, 2016 after availing furlough.
Accordingly, no ground is made out for grant of parole to petitioner on the ground of re-connecting social ties. Petition is dismissed.
