% 14.02.2017 Ms. Madhu Tewatia, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that she would press her original application ('OA'), which is pending before the Tribunal and is listed for final disposal on 10.3.2017. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that they are eager to argue the OA and would not seek any adjournment. Ms. Tewatia also states that she is ready for arguments and wants an early disposal of the matter.

Recording the aforesaid statements, we allow the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition. We clarify that we have not made any observations on merits.
