Counsel for the appellant states that he has recently been engaged on account of death of earlier counsel. 2.

This appeal is disposed of as not pressed but with consent order that the trial court is requested to expedite the disposal of the suit. It is also agreed that none of the parties will take unnecessary adjournments and if the same are sought, the trial court can impose heavy cost on the parties seeking unnecessary adjournments. 3.

It is also agreed that the concerned party will not take more than three opportunities each for leading evidence, failing which, the right to lead evidence stands closed.
