% 12.01.2017 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR 1113/2014 under Sections 323/341/365/506/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at police station Vijay Vihar.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Raj Malik of police station Vijay Vihar. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner vide Deed of Compromise/Settlement dated 29th November, 2016 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent no.2 have resolved their disputes amicably and the fact that respondent no.2 is not willing to
pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR 1113/2014 under Sections 323/341/365/506/34 IPC registered at police station Vijay Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
