% 12.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are relatives. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration of FIR no.

916/2015 under Sections 365/323/342/344/345/385/34 IPC at police station Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent no. 2.

With the interventions of their elders, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide a Compromise Deed dated 16th February, 2017; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Manoj Kumar of police station Neb Sarai. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 916/2015 under Sections 365/323/342/344/345/385/34 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
