Learned APP accepts notice for the respondent. State has verified that petitioner's father is to be operated for prostate at Metro Hospital, Delhi and is to be admitted in the said hospital on 13th September, 2017.

In view of the above, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
