% 21.01.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the intervention of relatives, family members and well-wishers of the petitioner, the lis has been settled between the parties and the petitioner has decided to dissolve her matrimony. The First Motion has already been granted on 30.11.2018. Second Motion would be filed as per law. The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is indeed living in Delhi and has been provided due protection, in terms of the order dated 03.10.2018. She further assures the Court should the petitioner require any assistance, it will be open to her to seek the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
would not like to pursue her complaint any further, since she has already resolved for dissolution of the marriage.
The petition is disposed-off in the above terms with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case of any difficulty. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JANUARY 21, 2019 RW
