% 04.12.2017 In compliance with the order dated 22.11.2017, the disclosure given by the proposed Arbitrator has been handed over by the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court.

With the consent of the parties, Mr.Nagendra Rai, Senior Advocate is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties in relation to the Agreement dated 21.06.2014.

The parties will appear before the Sole Arbitrator on 10th January, 2018 at 4 pm at 178, Supreme Enclave Mayur Vihar, PhaseI, New Delhi-110091. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
