% 23.10.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response by first respondent to petitioner's complaint of 25th May, 2018 (Annexure P-5). Despite service of advance notice, there is no appearance on behalf of first respondent.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner's complaint (Annexure P-5) within a period of twelve weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.

First respondent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.
