% 08.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 129/2010 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471 IPC registered at PS Defence Colony to Crime Branch and CBI.

On a notice being issued status report has been filed. As per the status report after the registration of FIR the case was prepared as untraced on 22nd June, 2011 and then 21st May, 2013. On 17th August, 2016 since the petitioner filed the application before the learned Trial Court and requested to trace the accused through his mobile phone, investigation was carried out and after investigation charge sheet has since been filed along with the FSL report on which the court has taken cognizance on 17th April, 2018. In view of the status report filed and since charge sheet has since been W.P.(CRL) 2296/2017

filed, this Court finds no ground to pass any further order. Petition is disposed of.
