This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondents inter alia seeking the following prayers:

"(a) issue a necessary direction for release of the amount due, in accordance with law to the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch as well as Account Branch of this Hon'ble Court in favour of the Respondents." 2.

By a judgment dated 28.10.2024, the Appeal filed by the Appellant/Insurance Company has been dismissed. Quite clearly, the dismissal would entail that the Impugned Award is upheld, thus, all steps in terms of the Impugned Award are required to be taken including with respect to disbursal.

It is not clear as to why separate application is required to be filed for directions to UCO Bank for release of amounts when disbursal has been directed.

The Application stands disposed of.
