% 13.02.2018 On behalf of the petitioner has been placed on record the copy of the order dated 08.12.2017 of the Court of Judge, Lok Adalat in CC No. 5111/16 whereby the offences punishable under Section 174 & 175 have been pre-bargained, it having been observed to the effect that there is no embargo on pre-bargaining thereof which is apparently correct as per the Cr.PC, 1973.
