2. It is stated that a refund to the extent of approximately Rs. 1.65 lacs is still pending. Learned counsel for the Respondents assures the Court that not later than two weeks from today, the refund claim will be processed and orders will be issued on the amount found refundable. The refund amount together with interest will be paid directly into the Petitioner's account not later than three weeks from today. If there is any non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of.
