O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 The tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.48,00,081/- along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of institution of claim petition till its realisation. The entire amount so awarded has been deposited with the High Court on 12.08.2015. After discussions it is agreed that out of the total amount so awarded with the interest, a lump sum of Rs.6,50,000/- along with accrued interest thereof upto 12.08.2015 be released to the appellant-insurance company and rest with accrued interest shall go to the claimants in the manner so stated in terms of judgment passed by learned Tribunal. Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, if deposited, shall be released to the insurance company. Nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the

appeal stands disposed of.
