HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH
O R D E R
% 03.01.2017 CM No.47913/2016 (exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM(M) 1378/2016 In the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the limited prayer of the petitioner is that the leave to defend application filed by the respondent is pending since three years as the eviction petition was filed in 2013. It is urged that the ARC is taking unnecessarily long time and that written arguments have already been filed. In the interest of justice, the trial court is requested to expeditiously dispose of the application for leave to defend filed by the respondent within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the present order. Petition stands disposed of.
