O R D E R

% 09.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No. 58/2013 under Sections 354(D) IPC registered at Police Station Khyala on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 were neighbours at the relevant time. Now, respondent no. 2 has pardoned the petitioner and is not willing to pursue the matter. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Ram Bhau, P.S. Khyala. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with

the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

Respondent no. 2 further submits that petitioner has not tried to follow her again and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 58/2013 under Sections 354(D) IPC registered at Police Station Khyala and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
