Photocopy of the said memorandum alongwith statement of the parties has been handed over to the Court. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal in view of the aforesaid Memorandum of Settlement. It is further stated that the civil suits will be withdrawn in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent would fully cooperate and will be also filing the affidavits. We also record that the respondent is present in

person.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the Memorandum of Settlement.
