W.P.(CRL) 24/2017 By this the petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 8/2016 under Sections 354/323 IPC registered at PS Parliament Street and the proceedings pursuant thereto on merits.

Considering the allegations of the complainant in the FIR alleging that W.P.(CRL) 24/2017

the petitioner misbehaved, assaulted and pushed the complainant, the fact whether the touch was not with an illegal intention would be a matter to be determined during the course of Trial, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Writ petition is dismissed.
