% 29.01.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide order dated 16th December, 2015 in W.P.(C) 3050/2012, this Court has directed the respondents to ensure the compliance of order dated 12th November, 2014 on or before 15th April, 2016. It is further submitted that the Writ Court has kept the matter for reporting compliance on 26th April, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 12th November, 2014 and 14th May, 2015 shall be complied by 15th April, 2016 in terms of the order dated 16th December, 2015. The statement of the respondents is taken on record.

This petition as well as pending application is disposed of in terms of the statement of the respondents with liberty to the petitioner to revive this petition in the event of violation of the statement made before this Court. J.R. MIDHA, J.
