This application has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for revival and restoration of the writ petition that was disposed of by the order dated 11.12.2019, on the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner with liberty granted to the petitioner to point out the purported clerical/arithmetical errors that had crept in the orders passed by the Fee Hike Committee, as has been recorded in paras 12 to 15 of the said order. Mr. Ramesh Singh, learned Standing Counsel (Civil), GNCTD, accepts notice and states that the present application is misconceived inasmuch as the petitioner had filed an application in the beginning of January, 2020, registered as CM 244/2020, for clarification of the very same order dated 11.12.2019, which was dismissed by this Court. He states that the petitioner has deliberately failed to refer to the aforesaid order in the present application.
