O R D E R

% 09.10.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 194/2017 under Sections 354/354A/354B/323/34 IPC and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences in short 'POCSO Act'. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have since settled the matter and pursuant to the settlement petitioner along with the coaccused has filed a writ petition being W.P. Crl. 3326/2017 for quashing of the present FIR.

Considering that the parties have settled the matter, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹5,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the BAIL APPLN. 1599/2017

Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the learned Trial Court by way of an affidavit. Petition is disposed of.
