% 10.01.2018 Petitioner is enjoying interim protection since 09.8.2017. FIR has been registered under Sections 308/323 of the IPC. Petitioner has joined investigation. It is stated on behalf of the State that charge sheet is ready and the same shall be filed within two weeks. Petitioner will continue to join the investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer. The fact that the petitioner has not misused the anticipatory protection granted to him till date and the charge sheet will be filed within the aforenoted period, in the event of arrest petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Petition disposed of.
