% 11.05.2017 CM APPL. 2142/2017 seeks condondation of delay of 2193 days in filing the appeal against the order of the Tribunal dated 15.10.2010 in Suit No. 175 of 2009.

The grounds for condonation of delay are that (i) the counsel did nothing further apropos the Award which was passed against them and (ii) they were merely following their counsel's advice. The Court is of the view that neither of these constitute a ground for condonation of delay, let alone provide sufficient cause for condoning each day of the extraordinary delay. Therefore, the application is dismissed. Consequently the appeal too is dismissed.
