Learned counsel for defendants has submitted that counter claim was also filed vide diary no.594215 on 07.11.2015. However, the same is not on record. He submits that he shall check up with the registry and get the same placed on record. At request, he undertakes that he will also supply the copy of the same to learned counsel for the plaintiff within one week.
