O R D E R

% 02.11.2017 Taking into account the fact that the earlier application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, was dismissed as withdrawn and the fact that the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If the petitioner surrenders before court below and prays for bail, the court below shall take into account the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail.
