% 22.12.2016 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn. In addition the petitioner shall pay costs of `10,000/-. The cost shall be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.

This order will not come in the petitioner's way in approaching the Arbitral Tribunal.
