O R D E R

% 23.05.2018 Vide order dated 15.05.2018 the Hon'ble Court has inter alia passed the following order:- "Registry is also directed to release the amounts deposited by the plaintiffs till date with this Court along with accrued interest, if any, to the defendant No.1 by way of an account payee cheque.

For the purpose of handing over of cheque to the learned counsel for defendants, list the matter before the Registrar General on 23rd May, 2018."

As per office report, the pay order has not been received from the concerned Branch and the same will be received after lunch today. Learned counsel for defendant No.1 submits that due preoccupations he will not available in the post lunch sessions and requests that the matter be adjourned for 24.05.2018.
