% 01.10.2018 This petition seeks transfer of the case from the District and Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, since the learned District and Sessions Judge, who is the Principal Magistrate of the said Juvenile Justice Board, is also mentioned as a witness at serial no. 7 in the Chargesheet of the present case. In the circumstances, the case ought to be transferred to a different District.

In view of the above, the petition is transferred from the learned District and Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts to the learned District and Sessions Judge (North-East), Karkardooma Courts. The transferred case be listed before the latter Court on 16.10.2018. The petition is disposed-off accordingly.
