% 18.07.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present bail application. Learned APP for State submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible. The present bail application is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti.
