BAIL APPLN. 2655/2016 This is an application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.941/2016, under Sections 354/354(A)/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Begumpur. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is apprehending his arrest from Police Station-Begumpur in case FIR No. 941/2016, under Sections 354/354(A)/506/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and the allegations made in the FIR No.941/2016, under Sections 354/354(A)/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station- Begumpur are false.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has already joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered. He has submitted that the petitioner is further ready to join the investigation as and when required.

Learned APP for the State opposes the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and has submitted that there is a counter FIR in the present case. Learned APP for State has filed status report and has submitted that the petitioner joined investigation on 6th December, 2016. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation and in the event of his arrest he be released on anticipatory bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti as prayed.
