% 17.08.2017 W.P.(C) 6914/2017 Mr. Neeraj K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 states that he has taken instructions and as per his instructions, an Expert Committee has been constituted to consider the representations made by certain applicants including some petitioners, who applied for the post of Management Trainee (Environmental Engineering). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that as most of the petitioners have not made representations to the respondent no.2, it would be appropriate that this writ petition is also considered as a representation and is placed before the Expert Committee. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 is agreeable to this suggestion. In view of the statement, respondent no.2 shall place this writ petition before the Expert Committee for its consideration. I take on record the

statement of the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 that till such time, the Expert Committee decides the representations and a communication thereof is sent to the petitioners, the result of the selection process with regard to the post in question, i.e., Management Trainee (Environmental Engineering) shall not be declared.

It goes without saying that if the petitioners are still aggrieved by the decision of the Expert Committee, they would be at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate forum in accordance with law. The present petition is disposed of as such.
