% 14.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No. 2 state that parties have arrived at a settlement and statement of first motion for divorce by mutual consent has been recorded between petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners thus seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of FIR in question on the basis of settlement and to revive this petition in case the settlement does not come through finally.

Leave and liberty granted.
