% 08.07.2019 Crl.M.A.12182/2019 By this application, petitioner seeks early listing of the petition on the ground of settlement.

In view of the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. Petition is taken up for hearing today. Next date of hearing i.e. 08.08.2019 is cancelled. CRL.REV.P. 452/2017 1.

Petitioner impugns order dated 21.09.2016 whereby the revision petition impugning the order of the Trial Court dismissing the application of the petitioner under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C was rejected.

Parties are related to each other. Parties were referred to Crl.Rev.P.452/2017

mediation and Settlement Agreement dated 02.04.2019 has been executed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that have been parties have performed their respective obligations under the Settlement Agreement and the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petitioner, Durga Devi is present in Court in person. 5.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
