% 05.04.2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 272/2013, under Sections 468/120-B/471/420/467 of IPC registered at Police Station Saket, New Delhi.

Status report has been filed. Alongwith additional affidavit filed by petitioner, copy of compromise deed of 16th May, 2018 is annexed. Respondent No. 2 present in the Court is complainant/firstinformant of the FIR in question and he has been identified to be so by SI Jay Kishan on the basis of identity proof produced by him. Respondent No. 2 affirms the contents of compromise deed of 16th May, 2018 and submits that terms thereof have been fully acted upon. BAIL APPLN. 1758/2017

Upon hearing and on perusal of status report, it is directed that in event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. The bail application is accordingly disposed of, while not commenting upon the merits of this case.
