% 28.11.2017 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that presently the petitioners are not in Delhi but are staying in Gurgaon. Hence, grant of protection to the petitioners at Gurgaon is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

Petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to take remedies, as available in law.
