Learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the note dated 10.04.2018, addressed by the Senior Administrative Officer, JAG/Commandant, Director General of ITBP stating inter alia that the case of the petitioner is under active consideration for grant of financial benefits under ACP scheme w.e.f. the date he has completed regular services of 12 years.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the necessary sanctions shall be made in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks and the amounts payable shall also be released within stated time. 3.
