% 19.02.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the Additional District Judge/trial court by review application on the ground that the impugned order proceeds on the assumption that the petitioner had filed the written statement proclaiming himself to be the partner of the judgment debtor (firm) which impression, according to the petitioner, is factually incorrect and against the record. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
