% 28.04.2017 The present petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking to appoint a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties. The agreement between the parties contain an arbitration clause being Clause No. 11.2 which reads as follows:- "The Parties hereby agree to submit each and all disputes arising from or otherwise connected with this Agreement, including those related to the validity, nullity, breach or termination of this Agreement, to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996." In view of the above, Mr.Peeyoosh Kalra, Advocate (G-31, First Floor, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi, Mob. No.9810651177) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the

parties.

The appointment is subject to compliance of necessary requirements as per Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The Arbitrator shall fix his fees in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection to the appointment of the Arbitrator. The petition stands disposed of.
