Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in view of the order dated 17.1.2018 having been passed by the Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities, in Case No. 4/1693//2017-Wel./CD/3901, titled: Dr. Sudhansu Singh, Secretary v. The Chief Executive Officer & Anr., he would like to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, in case the directions contained therein are not complied with by respondent no. 3. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
