% 26.10.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions from the Assessing Officer that for the third and fourth quarters for the year 2013-14 demands have been raised and objections have been filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the said position but submits that the said objections should be disposed off expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the objections are fixed for hearing on 6th December, 2017 and as per statute, the objections have to be disposed of within six months from the date of filing.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition observing that the objections of the petitioner shall be disposed off expeditiously, and within the statutory time period. In case the petitioner is entitled to refund claim along with the interest, the same will be paid to the petitioner. In case objections are rejected, it will be open to the petitioner to avail of its

appellate remedy, against the said order.
